The Hub @Sparlings Farm - Felsted

The croissants are huge!

Today we tried out the hub’s 2nd (new) venue at Sparlings Farm. We were not disappointed, it's been really well done, converting a barn into The Hub. We sat outside as our pooch was with us, and around us were chickens roaming (free range), horses and what looked like an emu!

We just had an almond croissant and a hot drink and the pasties were huge! Well worth the money. Another customer said his sandwich was big too, so portions are very generous by the look of it.

We had a quick wander round the farm and they have a farm shop, an artisan bakery, a doggie daycare and a shop selling eggs (from the chickens). An interesting set up. We will go back to have lunch and sit inside next time (which is dog free) to meet some friends. Would definitely recommend it.
